Kuanysh Bishimov appointed chairman of the board of JSC Kazakhstan Engineering National Company

By the decision of the Board of Directors of the National Company Kazakhstan Engineering JSC, Bishimov Kuanysh Yerdauletovich was appointed chairman of the board. N. Abdibekov, who previously held this post, has been relieved due to his transfer to another job.

Kuanysh Bishimov was born Jan. 2, 1972, in the Karaganda region. In 1994, he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering, in 2001, Buketov Karaganda State University with a law degree.

He began his career in 1994 as a mechanic-controller, production manager of Karaganda Bus Depot No. 3.

Over the years, he worked in the customs authorities, structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2003 to 2005, he has been a director of the Department of Defense Industries, Project Management and Technical Development of JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering.

From 2005 to 2017, he worked as the general director of Tynys JSC and Petropavlovsk Heavy Engineering Plant JSC, vice president of Kazakhstan Engineering JSC.

From December 2017, he served as deputy chairman of the Board of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.
